Wild rice, cabbage and chickpea pilaf
For all my patients and my friends:
this is a great recipe with all the right ingredients
for an anti-cancer, immune-boosting, nutrient-rich and anti-inflammatory dish.
Plus it’s very tasty!
If you don’t have coriander (cilantro in the text), use parsley or dried oregano.
Just remember to chop the onions and garlic and leave them for 15 minutes at least, before you cook them. This way they will keep their anti-cancer properties.
