Dr Eleni has published peer-reviewed articles in the BMJ, the Journal of the Royal Society of Medicine, the Journal of the Royal College of Physicians in London ‘Clinical Medicine’,Cancer, American Journal of Gastroenterology, British Journal of Cancer, Clinical Cancer Research, Cancer Investigation, Tumor Biology, Clinical Rheumatology and Iatriki.
She is the author of two book chapters on Food and Nutrition in Palliative Care (Handbook of Nutrition & Diet in Palliative Care and a Spanish book published by Elsevier) and a number of articles on nutrition, palliative medicine, cancer and history of medicine.
She is the co-author of “Nourish: the Cancer Care Cookbook” published in 2013.
She has contributed a regular column in the Hospice Information Bulletin.
